Europeans are responsible for how backwards some societies are in Africa. When they invaded, the people took up those customs as culture. Europe bleeds Africa of its resources and has a demonic history of oppressing the people there. They then pick up this behavior as culture. For instance, Leopold chopped off their hands. Later, it became customary to chop of someone’s hands for stealing. Blame the Europeans for these horrible and demonic acts.
